New photographs by Mark Barber for the Link Alliance on display in their Te Manawa showplace.
The City Rail Link project is more than just the sum of its built parts. The work is being completed by dedicated, highly skilled professionals, with a common goal in mind, bringing Auckland into a future with ease of transport at the forefront.
This photographic series is a window into the unseen efforts of so many. From the initial demolition of existing structures, through to the completion of the first tunnel from Maungawhau Station.
This exhibition is sponsored by the Link Alliance, a group of seven organisations building the stations, tunnels, and systems of the City Rail Link.
We need your help to continue providing a year-round programme of online reviews, interviews, portfolios, videos and listings that is free for everyone to access. We’d also like to dream bigger with the services we offer to photographers and the visual arts.
We’ve partnered with Press Patron to give readers the opportunity to support PhotoForum Online.
