Exhibition closed due to COVID 19 response, all NZ art galleries closed
Auckland Council has teamed up with Humans of South Auckland (HOSA) to mark International Women's Day on 8 March with a photo exhibition featuring the images and stories of inspiring wāhine.
Each for Equal: Our Stories celebrates the voices of Tāmaki Makaurau's diverse women, recognising that these stories, experiences and women all deserve equal space and attention.
These stories invite us to expand our idea of what it can mean to be a successful and accomplished woman.
Our aim is that this exhibition builds hope and inspiration in our communities, and encourages us all to reflect on the roles women play in our lives and in society.
The exhibition is on at four Auckland Libraries throughout March 2020.
